Maraviloso is a place, a home that makes you feel at home, Donna is a wonderful woman who treated me very well, my room had what I needed to feel very happy and comfortable, is a house with lots of nature, with much peace, and above all helped me find tranquility, its location is very good and very central Wow!I spent a few days in the exhacienda marvelous THANKS Donna for your hospitality! Escalera Room - HdaLaEscalera Agosto 2012 • Sabine Hola todos! If i could resume my journey here at Donna's and Frederico's place in one word it would be : AMAZING! This is really the perfect place to spend vacations! My sisters and I really enjoy the house which is really beautiful, and we had all the confort we needed! I sincerely recommand the place! The house is at barely 10 minutes to the center but all you need to make your purchases could be done just down in the street! What's more, Donna is really helpful and advised us for the best things to do =) If you want to visit Guanajuato, you have to be at the Hacienda De Escalera =) !!! I personnaly extend my journey here until find a place to leave here in Guanajuato for my studies. CasaHdaLaEscalera Bed and Coffee #1 • Rodrigo Awesome place to stay. The whole apt complex is like a natural oasis in the middle of a beautiful city, plus Donna is an amazing host. If you have the chance, this is a different way to enjoy the city. I totally recommend staying with them. Limon Real Apt - ExHdaLaEscalera • Elaine myself and my partner spent two lovely nights in this property. the location was perfect- about 7-10 minute walk to centro. the room was beautiful, extremely spacious and very comfortable. i would have no hesitation in recommending donna's house to a friend and would definetely stay again CasaHdaLaEscalera Bed and Coffee #1 • Camilo The place was nice and relaxing, nestled away from the street. They had a beautiful garden that was nice to sit in and hang out. The room was cleaning a spacious with a TV and small table. Donna and Federico were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. CasaHdaLaEscalera Bed and Coffee #1 • Andrew Federico and Donna were very good hosts. The place was only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centro. The accomodations were quite good. I would stay here again. CasaHdaLaEscalera Bed and Coffee #1 • Andrew Wonderful couple with a beautiful and well cared for home. The house is very close to El Centro, not more than a 10 minute walk, so you can go to the museums and take in the sights, return when your feet get tired, and then go out again in the evening! They were very helpful and knowledgeable concerning events in Guanajuato, and were kind enough to invite me to Federico's art opening. Great experience and I recommend staying with them if you find yourself in the beautiful city of Guanajuato. CasaHdaLaEscalera Bed and Coffee #1 • Jan Donna and Frederico are very gracious hosts. If you want an economical experience in Mexico, I would recommend them. There are limitations: No heat in the room, no hot water in the bathroom sink. But the bed was very comfortable.
